Please check this suggestion, replacing the core building structure that often is made in many different materials put together in many different way's , with one material put together in one way only and produced in the simplest possible way ; as cut sheet material like I suggest with this my design, in cheap steel sheets forming an assembly where walls and floors is just suddenly there as with magic, as floors and walls just "grow" when assembling the sheet material framework.
Please exchouse I only show the foundations, but these use to be the expensive parts, and there is multible options covering or paneling,
Beside standard windows and doors fit exactly.
