Hello -
We Live In NJ - Camden County,
My friends husband has recntly moved out -
left her with the children (twins age2) w/o childsupport and
the like -

Now 3 weeks later he shows up around 9PM gets into the car and drives off - no one knows where the van or he are.

The Van is in both Her and His name @ the bank - on the bank loan
however the Van is Registered legally with the Division of Motor Vehicles to Her.


Is this auto-theft --- / ? ? ?
