He ended up stealing her car and leaving the boys at home for over 24 hours until she returned. It has been almost a week and neither he nor the car has turned up. She finally went to the city and county police and they said they can not do anything about it because the car is common property since they are married. She wants to divorce him and move herself and her kids somewhere else. Is there anything she can do to get her car back, even though the police said there wasn't?
