I am aged 15 and doing a piece of GCSE coursework on the place that woman have in todays society compared with society in the early 1900's. Can anyone help me? I need to know: What rights were woman stripped of by the male species (eg, as above, possibly smoking?)? How woman were expected to spend their time? What the males would impose on the woman that would be looked upon by a society of men s being normal behaviour? Please help me. Thank you.
