I have been going through a terrible time in my life since Jan 2003 when I found out my husband is having an affair. The girl left her husband and bought a house up the street from us in June. She told her husband she was moving to Bridesburg to be with her boyfriend. She told her husband her boyfriend was going to move in with her.
Well He has been seeing her but won't leave.I've begged him to leave because he has been putting me through an emotional hell. I've been on 3 different antidepresent medications. I've had breakdowns in work.
this is totally distroying my life. He is very emotionally abusive.
He tells me one week everything is fine with us and he's not seeing her than the next week I find proof that he has. The girl leaves him letters, calls our house, and is making my life a living hell.
I don't know how to end this without losing my house, car and life.
He threatens me that he will sell the house if I make him leave and take my car from me because it is under his name and he bought it before we were married. We've been married 7 years and lived together for 18 years before we were married. I have limited money but what are my rights for adultry?
