Mr. Shanmugapriyan and Mr. Shenzhen, between the two, seem to be ruling in the number of adds posted. There was a comment posted on this site earlier about this, and was deleted. If an observation is made, it is deleted, but those who are abusing are not having their messeges deleted.

For example, Mr. Shenzen posted 4 adds on the same day on July 30, 3 messeges on the same day on July 22 and two messeges on the same day on July 21, and none of these were deleted, like mine.

Mr. Shanmugapriyan posted on the following days, braking the rules also-

July 27, July 22, July 13, July 09, July 03, June 29 and June 15. That makes for a great number of adds, posted by one individual, within a short period of time, and none of his adds were deleted. So the rules are being broken by some, while others, like Monica, have their adds deleted.
