Shenzen messages are regularly deleted, and security steps taken against the posters. However, since they do not seem functionally literate in English, discouraging them is a slow process.
Generally agitated postings about forum rules do not help the situation. Nor do they enhance the welcome of the persons posting them.
This forum provides a free marketing opportunity to the design community. If you are not using it politely and for the overall good of this community, you should be able to figure that out without reading a lot of rules. If you're in doubt abouyt the appropriateness of a posting, you can 1) not post it, or 2) write to "support@artifice.com" for advice on appropriateness, or 3) not be surprised if loud, repeated, unrelated, dishonest, unwanted, or otherwise inappropriate pstings are periodically deleted.
No set of rules, however detailed, will eliminate the judgment calls inherent in running an open forum.
