Residential CAD Technician Job Opportunity

I am a recruiter located in Florida. I just found this site and hope someone here can help. I need to find a CAD Technician with experience in production homebuilding within the State of Florida. Here is the quick run down. Need Auto CAD R14 and 2000, ability to take rough drawings and turn them into working documents. Must have previous homebuilding experience within a PRODUCTION, NOT CUSTOM builder. Must know Florida building codes. Salary above normal for this position.
