In response to your comment about speed, I can think of one: being able to shift the viewpoint of a model while staying in rendered and shadowed mode. I am never totally sure of the view I want until I see it rendered, and I hate waiting for the redraw after switching to a new view. Of course, I'm still working with a 3 year old dinosaur 8100/80 and no 3d acceleration. How time flyes.By the way, I just started using this Board and I like it a lot better than AOL.Rolando
