For some reason when I draw a cube and do not elevate it in the "Z" direction, when I select the flat cube and attempt an "alt" extrusion from a handle point, the object MOVES in the Z and doesn't extrude to become a cube. Am I doing something wrong when I select the cube.
Also, when I attempt to select objects the selection seems to cycle around until it gets to the object I want. (even though the cursor is on the desired object)
I have found myself wishing that the User guide offered some step by step instructions on how to perform certain tasks instead of just explaining the toolbars and menus. Is there any third party Literature out there? (Like DW for Dummies, I sure could use it)
Any tips would be appreciated.
