Message - Poser 3 bVH and MAXR4 character Studio BvH troubles!!!

3DSMAX 4 character studio seems unable to import poser's BVH but poser imports character studio bvh without trouble!!

can someone help me to find how to import my huge collection of Poser.BVH in character studio?
