I'm trying to import a file from Broderbund's 3D Home Architect.

Home Architect can create a .DXF file, and Design Workshop (Lite) apparently can import it.

The export/import process seems to work fine.

But when I import it, I have no "Z dimension" (that is, I have my floor plan, but it has no height).

Is it possible to maintain the Z dimension, or am I assuming something that's not possible with this file format? Or am I missing some operational "technique"?

Thanks for any assistance!

David Thom

PS: This software knocks my socks off! I can't believe how well even the Lite version works.
