Thank you for contacting Artifice Support.

At this point Paste Into Opening does not work on sloped openings, as you discovered.

It is still pretty easy to put frames in these openings though.

Set your working orientation to match the slope of the roof. To do this use the Faces Tool to select the sloped face of the roof. Now double-click on the Arbitrary Working Orientation, it is right above the Look Tool in thr Tool Palette. This sets the workjing orientation to the selected face.

Now make a window frame of the appropriate size. Position it to fit in the opening and then just duplicate it and put it in all the other skylights. You could also do this with a premade frame by rotating it to match the slope of the roof and positioning/scaling it into the opening.
