Message - How to export an Archicad-6.5 File to Maya4?

Hello,

how can i export an Archicad Project, better 3d geometry
with materials into Maya 4?

Archicad offers an *.obj converting- option. but with
opening this file the information of the materials are
lost. only a grey-shadered scene appear.
