conflict between autoCAD2002 and MS Office 2000

This problem is fairly simple to resolve.
Go to: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q255/5/03.asp
and follow CAREFULLY the instructions there.
It means changing your registry, but do not be afraid to do it. It does work for conflicts between autocad 2002 and MS office 2000.
