Hello! I don't know if this is the proper 'forum' to ask this question,
but I'm desperate, so -- here goes:

Can anyone tell me 'who' (i.e., which civilization & time-period)
'invented' the KEYSTONE locking-stone used on top of an ARCH?

I had seen/read it once, but don't remember, and it's sort-of important
for a drawing that's being done....

THANKS for any help. ALSO -- I'm very, very NEW to all of this www.com stuff, and don't know how to use your 'discussion' area, so -- would you mind just e-mailing the answer back to me? (sptd12a@prodigy.com)

THANKS for ANY HELP on this!

Happy holidays,
Elisha
