I also agree with Kevin but would like to add a bit of info that may be slightly divergent from the issue of DesignWorkshop and perhaps lending a hint toward my Mac bias.

Right now, Mac based hardware is clearly at a technology advantage. While Intel speaks of their new Pentium II with MMX technology, recent tests at ZifDavis and BYTE have concluded that MHz for MHz, the Macintosh has a decided advantage. In addition, Motorola and company are in the process of releasing new chips that are orders of magnatude faster than the currently fastest 250 MHz 604e graphics chips. These new chips will be released in August and in the latest macWorld tests, have been very impressive.

The hardware advantage will be even more clearly in Apple's court. I won't even talk about the potential of Rhapsody.
