The store is empty because it was simply an exterior model and I didn't want to take the time to place fixtures and the time to render them. It was done as a learning project so I didn't take the time but would have if it was for a presentation.
There is a material definition for neon letters (lights)! I don't seem to have it here at work but can post it tonight. However in the meantime CJ or Mike might be able to post it for everyone's use....

ps the nighttime renderings were done in Lights and Textures not Radiance as I recall....(its been a while, I may not have this right tho...)
