I checked the plugin out.It did install in the extensions folder. I found a couple of the variations to be useful. It seems to default to a heavy hatch style that takes more time. Then you have to render a second time to get what you want. I think it is a helpful alternative to doing a realistic rendering when you don't want to have to finish-up a whole picture with textures and trees etc.
Stark line drawings can be off-putting compared to a sketched look in a simple drawing.
