I search flashkit sometimes for images like this... often people have used world maps in their flash movies to show zoom, etc.

there's a few if you search "world map" in their movies...

You'll need to bring these .fla's into flash & then break them apart/change up the colors/etc for what you're looking for. From there you can export it as a .ai file.
