Since I use DW Pro,
1) Create circle in plan
2) Extrude it to about 1" high
3) Rotate it into vertical plane (so that you're looking at top of short tube)
4) Duplicate Mitered (4 pieces) at 22.5 deg

Try different number of pieces, e.g. 9 at 10 deg to make proper rendering.
