I didn't mean to seem disloyal to DW. I like it very much and have gotten some very nice results with it. I have a special problem with mostly domes to design. I need to make openings other than simple flat-wall doors and windows. Using the cutting tool is just too slow and too inaccurate. I can stick doors and windows on the surface of the dome, but I also need to make larger curvilinear openings for which only Booleans are practical. That is why I am still looking for another program.

If I did nice square buildings with nice flat planes DW would be very hard to beat for ease of use and quality of end product.

This is my problem. I'll have to keep looking till I find an acceptible solution. For most designers DW would be fine.
