Form-Z is what is what wrong with most apps that I see today. Form-z has all the tools I need. However it is so poorly designed that it would take me twice as long to build my models than DW and it would be extremely difficult to teach.
You have to click on a tool to move an object or reshape it. There isn't really an info box that I can use like DWs and one of best features of DW that it lacks is it's 3D curser that gives you a pretty good idea where you are in the 3D space.
Unfortunately I see the same problem with Photoshop 5.0. Photoshop 3 is probably one of the 10 great products of the 20Th Century but the 2 latest versions have become too cumbersome. I tell my Corel Draw friends to stick with that App since you can't get Photoshop 3.0 anymore.
As incredible as Painter's brushes are it's interface is terribly designed.
My hope is that Artifice does someday upgrade but that it keeps the genious of its basic intuitive deign intact.
