I just happened to receive the same problem, but a little different.
I can open my files in Viz and save, but when I attempt to open that saved file the application error occurs. I can also merge in that file, but the same thing occurs when I save. I just upgraded to XP Professional from 2000 and upgraded the Viz service pack to VER2.
Any Ideas?
