I have THE SAME problem with ACCURENDER 3.0 under AutoCAD R14.
When i want to choose a material from a material library, the first time is OK, but if I want to do it one more time i recive this message:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Acces Violation exception at bfebe9h or fbebe9h

Always the same !!!!

How could i fix it???
