Thank You for your response,I have actually have come to like ArchiCad much more than AutoCad. AutoCAD may have set some standards but when I first learned ArchiCAD in 1991 as a highschool student it was a much more user friendly and a much more powerful program for architecture. This opinion came from an untainted perspective while learning both programs simultaneosly interning for two different Architecture Firms. Based upon what I have seen created from Maya and 3d studio Max I look forward to learn one of these programs. So my question stands- which program do 3d modellers see as a more powerful tool for creating architecture models. 3ds max I hear more about in the architecture community probably because of its ties to AutoCad, I don't know, but I am very impressed with the lifelike renderings of Maya. Thank You
