Hello,
A bug was discovered in the version of the LightWorks SuperLite rendering plug-in which shipped on the DesignWorkshop professional CD-ROM. The bug causes objects or object shadows to sometimes to fail to appear in the rendered image, apparently at random.
This bug has been fixed by LightWork Design, and a replacement copy of the LW SuperLite plug-in (new version 1.3.1) is available for free downloading by owners of DesignWorkshop 1.7, in the Confidential area of the Artifice web site.
If you are a registered owner of DesignWorkshop 1.7 and you haven't requested access to the confidential owners area of our site, you can still do so by sending e-mail to Artifice Support at the address below.
