1. If you got a little time re-install.

2. When you do re-install make sure to disable Norton antivirus.

3. Use a reg cleaner of some sort and clean your registries.

4. Use Norton utilities to check for errors and then fix the errors.

5 Note: Make sure your system is clean and mean before re-install.

Most people do not and repeat do not run some kind of system clean when install and also after uninstalling programs.

It only takes a few minutes of your time and gives you less headaches.

If you try to hard to figure out the .dlz file problem you could have cleaned your system, uninstalled the program and then re-installed the program and been up and running in no time and this way it is running smoothly.
