< Well I've been through it a lot. Sometimes I get it solved, then system and software upgrades require retuning. After talking to many people I think I am closing in on the solution(s), but as you infer, Ken, it is a process (or journey) not a destination. I will have to find what works for me for now and not expect some systems administrator to drop out of the sky with a magic script. It is just the wasted time on both ends that is troublesome when the system fails to work. BUT it seems to be a cross-platform--internet-software and not CAD problem. I can carry a disk to anyone and get results. I can send CAD files to anyone with a Mac-- no problem. And to hear from the windows side they are able to swap files all they want via Email. Note: I've had good results using Communicator and compression with Zipit. So I hope that continues to work. On a separate note, There has been discussion of using PICT for transfer of CAD files to Mac users who don't have CAD--for viewing and printing. What is the best way to also port (large format) graphic files to windows users--perhaps for use with Word. etc.
