I have just stumbled across this software, its a plug in for MAX... Check out this link: http://www.turntool.co.uk Its nothing short of amazing. These guys have modelled a 3000sq ft office including all the desks, computors, doors, wall and you can walk around it!!! and its only 76k in size too!
