I use ver1.3.8 of ZipIt. I am using the default settings that were set the way they were when I first opened it. Which reminds me I need to send the author some money. Anyway, I've been having pretty good luck. The biggest problem I've had, has been using the R14 setting when using PowerDWG. As I said the guys at EngSW said to use that setting(R14) and to copy the file to a blank or unattributed sheet. I've also had to flatten a fileor put everything on one layer to get it opened on the other end. Hope this helps.
