you have to export all surfaces seperate as IGS or STEP. I had your problem while exporting to Pro-E and that was the only solution. I think the reason is, that Rhino lacks a real construction-history, but modelers like solidworks and Pro-E use one.
I suggest not to export it as STL, because that's a polygonal format you can't edit in Solidwork.
