Viewport scale Autocad - Open 3D Forum

I am working on a very large scale metric drawing (1:15000) but when I create a viewport in paperspace in a D-size border and zoom to get an appropriate view the scale of the viewport is not what I would expect. I expect a scale of 0.0000666 but Autocad says the scale is 6.5xp. Does anyone know whats going on.
