I'm feeling overwhelmed in my search for a decent bit of land for a dome home in Phoenix or San Diego/SoCal areas...what neighborhoods should I begin to search? Does CA have any unpolluted settings left at "reasonable" prices? I plan to build a 5 bedroom combined home and business to resell, so the area must be where prospective buyers will be likely to want to locate. I'm searching for economical solar heat/cooling, shipping, and nearby dome home builders/experts who will help with on-site consultation and financing. There's not much money: I figure I'll be able at least to get a loan for $30,000, but can't be sure of additional. Any financing or other expert advice welcome.
