If all lines of a wall setup are joined to a polygon prior to exporting from PowerCADD you should have solids ready to cut holes in as Bob says.

Remember if you create 2d donuts-- all the lines won't be connected when made into a polygon. Therefore there has to be at hole at doorways.This seems to be a drawback.
