Hello Eduardo,

In addition to everything Kevin suggested in the "Edit File Helper" dialog box for .dw files you need to enter a MIME type of xworld/dw.

To automatically open the model in DesignWorkshop you need to set the Handling to "View With Application".

File Type should be set to TEXT and encoding is plain text.
