Im a user of DW Classic
I read something about an area for updates and other info for users of DW Classic And DW Pro on this board about a month ago, I found that place and follewed the instructions: I wrote to support@artifice.com giving my order number & date, in order to get a name and password to enter this confidential area
I didnt get any response. Then I write a week later and another note yesterday, and nothing...
I havent get a single word from artifice...Now that there is an update for OS 9 Mac and I could start using DW Classic again (I cant use it now, I already updated my mac to OS 9), I cant download the update :-(
Any idea who should I contact?
