I'm sorry we have not been properly responsive to you over the last couple of weeks. Apparently, your initial request for Club Classic access on 10 December was interpreted as a request for the Mac OS 9 version, which was not available then, and your second request on 15 December was paired with the first into the same holding pattern. However, even so your initial message should have been promptly acknowledged, and on review, we should also have given you Club Classic access at that time.
Normally we maintain a better than 95% rate of same-business-day response to Technical Support inquiries, as you experienced for the request you sent 45 minutes ago today, which has already been long since answered.
I am sorry that we failed to maintain our expected excellent level of service for you over the last couple of weeks, and we will review our processes to plug any leaks we can find. I know that I have been asking a lot of the Artifice staff during this very busy holiday season, and they are working hard to keep up with everything.
