Casting Process
After the crucible is filled with metal, the induction heating is turned on and the temperature previewed is adjusted.
The condition of the melting charge can be seen through a sight-glass. The metal is melted under protective gas to prevent oxidation.
When the casting temperature is reached, the flask is put in and the bell jar is closed.
When starting the vacuum pump, the casting process is actuated after the control of temperature and vacuum.
The casting process is made step by step under vacuum and control of the temperature. After approximately 30 seconds the pedestal can be taken out of the vacuum chamber. The next melting process can now be started.
The melting time is about 2-3 minutes.

Alloying - Granulating
The granulating appartus consists of stainless steel and is fitted swivelly. Melting and punching waste is remelted with this appartus into granule parts for further use. Because of these optimal conditions every kind of alloy can be melted with this installation.
The handling of the vacuum casting machine is very simple and achieves perfect casting results.
