Posted by Frustrated on March 28, 2000 at 17:28:30:Ok..I've been trying to put a bmp on an object for at least 2 weeks now and it won't drag.. : ( I click on one of the materials...goto the 'get material'...double click on the bitmap option in the list...the material then turns to a 'map'...I scroll down to the line for bmp and select a bmp for it...go back up..it shows the bmp mapped to the sphere but I can't get it to drag for the life of me... is it me? is it that simple? or is my install really screwed or something?? I've read about turning on the coordinates, and easy way and a hard way...still nothing.. I'm starting to wonder if the paint in the cellar might be an easier option... : ) Any help would be appreciated..heh
