The Contour Machine should work for Windows and Macintosh users alike.
You need to have your web browser configured properly to work with the online machines. If you can get ne machine to work, they all should.
Email the file you submitted to the Contour Machine along with the output file to support@artifice.com. We will take a look and see if we can figure out what is going wrong.
