Freelancing Rates? - Open 3D Forum

What is the going rate for freelancing using 3D StudioMax. I am new to freelancing and have been asked to bid on an industrial composite rendition of an electrical substation overlayed onto a digital photo of the proposed sight. Any input would be appreciated, thanks!
