For my final project in Internaional Business Class I'm doing a Business Plan. This Web based Business offers 3D modeling and Drafting services. The business is based in the US and serves customers in the US and the entire world.

Question 1. Do I need special permision from the US government to do this.

The company is based in Minnesota. All transactions are required to be in US currency, paid in advance. All contracts are in English. All transactions occur online.

Question 2. Because of the 4 conditions above, I only have to pay Minnesota taxes as a buisness, and I only have to charge sales tax on contracts generated in Minnesota right?

Question 3. I'm not going violate any guilds or unions rules in foreign countries or the U.S. am I?
