Zahed,
once you have imported the .dwg file right click on the Perspective view name (upper left hand corner) pick configure and in the Rendering Options under the Rendering method tab set "force 2 sided" setting to on. Also under the render dialogue box there is another force 2 sided that you will need to turn on. The first one will fix the problem in the renderd user view and the second will fix it when you actually render your objects.
I hope this fixes your problem.
