Dear Dan,

It it really isn't that hard. You don't need to register to get an update password -- just visit the entry page for the Owners Area of the Artifice web site:

http://www.artifice.com/entry.html

But then, you probably already know this, because I see that you sent email to "support@artifice.com" this afternoon, which was answered (without having gotten any special priority) apparently only fourteen minutes later.

Do please follow up by sending in your registration card, which is an altogether independent process. Having your contact information on file, strictly for Artifice use only, really does help us in responding to your needs.

Our phone response today has seen some delays due to staff out of the office for a personal emergency. Overall, we're still very much here to help you out.

Best wishes,

Kevin Matthews
Artifice, Inc.
