Not exactly sure what you are trying to do...maybe this will help.

Convert DWG drawings to DXF for importing into flash. (preferably older version DXF).

I get best results when I bring cad drawings into adobe illustrator...then clean the drawings up....and covert to eps file format for flash importing.

hope that helped a little.
