not having more info about your renderings the only thing I can suggest to look at is the file type you are saving as. I assume its JPG and if so It could be that your compression is set too high and therefore you are getting too much noise. Try saving your file as a tiff or tga.
If you send me an image file I might be able to tell where things are going wrong.
