Why of course if you have the Mac, the BEST drafting program to get would be powerCADD, obviously... from so many testimonies I've heard from various sources. and also from the actual website.

I couldn't believe some of the stuff the program can do - fast, efficiently and quickly as well, and the problem is that I own a windows PC, and don't have a Mac - it's only for the Mac, and Mac users testify.

you might want to consider VectorWorks (previously MiniCAD),
if you're an architect you can use it productively with the VectorWork Architect package. VectorWorks is THE LEADING No.1 CAD program for the MAC, easy to learn and get into and it makes sense... not like AutoCAD.
