I am trying to decide which may be a more appropriate drafting package for my mac and I, PowerCADD or VectorWorks? I have heard they are both excellent programs but I am concerned about the user base too. Sometimes it is advantageous to choose a program more people are using so that it is more supported in terms of development, sharing files back and forth with other people who are using the same program and sticking to standards so that you always have a few people you can call if you need some help or share ideas. This is why AutoCADD appears to be so succesful I think. I wish they made AutoCADD for the mac and it would be a clear choice for me.

Based on this, what program do people think is more appropriate PowerCADD or VectorWorks for the mac? (I am using it for architecture). I suppose a lot has to do with personal preference as well of course - what are other people's preferences in regards to drafting programs for the mac?
