Hello

I'm just telling u a very basic thing to u. i had reas the previous reply to this question. Just open the file. and render the scene, Then just press PRINT SCREEN key in your key board. It wil just copy the content what u see in your monitor. then open any of the graphics editor(Eg. MS PAINT , a default editor in WINDOWS) and paste it. further u can edit the picture to ur need.
